I'm pretty sure not too long ago you could get brand new 2013's on clearance for 18 to 19k. Yeah it's a few grand more but I can't help but think buying it new would be the better long term buy if you wanted to keep it for a while. Oh and warning bells - new clutch? REALLY? That car has been flogged hard and will explode for way more than the 3k price difference once the warranty runs out. I'd be wary of this particular one.

New Clutch at 24k miles? Why would anyone advertise that with that kind of mileage, it's getting hard not to think this one has been used in full-attack mode all of the time...

It's probably driven by someone unable to drive a manual properly. Remember this is located in the US, where you get a drivers license as a Happy Meal gift.
I'd pass on that car too.

Haha, I realised that just after writing my comment. Even in constant full-attack mode the clutch isn't the first thing to drop when used properly.

I saw a place selling them for $16k. I got mine for $18k. They're overpriced at $23k as there are better cars to be had. Now, the CPO 335d I picked up for under $30k with less than 35k miles, tats some serious depreciation.
